Will it invent rooms that do not exist?
No, and we check rather than promise. Every clip is compared against your original photo, and anything that adds a doorway, window, hallway or room gets rejected before you see it. When a photo cannot move without inventing something, we deliver a slow pan across the real still. A listing video that lies about a floor plan is worse than no video.
How long does it take?
It depends on the number of rooms. Your tour page shows live progress and we email you the moment it is finished, so you do not have to sit and watch.
What photos work best?
Bright, straight-on, shot from the doorway of each room. Avoid photos where a mirror fills half the frame, and avoid tight angles through a part-open door. Those are the two that most often come back as a still pan rather than motion.
Is this MLS compliant?
The output contains no fabricated architecture, which is the line most boards care about. Rules vary by board and state, so check yours — and we disclose on the tour page that the motion is AI-generated from your photographs.
What if I do not like it?
Tell us which room and what went wrong and we will redo it. If it is our defect, there is no charge.
Do you edit or stage the house?
We tidy, we never fix. Movable clutter can go. Walls, fixtures, flooring and layout stay exactly as photographed.
