Ordered before accounts existed?
Tours from before we added sign-in are not attached to anyone — they are reachable only by the unguessable link you were sent, and we genuinely cannot look one up by address. If you have lost that link, tell us the property and the email you used and we will work out which one is yours.
Anyone holding a tour link can view that tour — that is what makes it shareable with buyers. Treat it as public once you send it.
