Privacy Policy

The short version

We collect what we need to make your walkthrough and give it back to you. Your photographs are sent to a third-party AI provider to generate the motion — that is the one thing on this page you most need to know. We do not sell your data, we run no advertising or analytics trackers of any kind, and we never post anything to your Google account.

What we collect

When you sign in with Google: your Google account identifier, your email address and whether Google has verified it, your name, and your profile picture URL. We ask Google for nothing else — no contacts, no calendar, no Drive, no permission to post.

When you order a walkthrough: the photographs you upload, the listing address or nickname you give it, and the agent details you choose to show on the tour page (name, brokerage, phone).

Automatically: a record of each sign-in session (its expiry and the browser user-agent string), and a record of each download from your account (which cut, when, and which browser). Ordinary server logs.

Where your photographs go

Your photographs are sent to a third-party AI video provider in order to generate the motion. This is not optional — it is how the product works. They travel over encrypted connections. We may change providers as models improve, and we will keep this page accurate when we do.

Beyond that provider, we use a hosting and database platform to store your photographs and delivered videos, and a network provider to serve the site. We do not share your data with anyone else, and we do not sell it.

Do you train models on my photos?

We do not train AI models on your photographs. We do retain your photographs and the generated clips to test our own quality checks — specifically to detect when a model has invented something that is not in the source photograph. That work is what keeps fabricated detail from reaching a listing. We will not publish your property as a public sample without asking you first.

Google user data

Frameworthy’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use your Google account solely to sign you in and to identify your walkthroughs. We do not transfer it to others except as needed to provide the service, and we do not use it for advertising.

Cookies

Two, both strictly necessary, both inaccessible to JavaScript:

fw_session — keeps you signed in for 30 days. It is an opaque random value; we store only a one-way hash of it, so our database holds nothing that could be replayed as a login.

fw_oauth — exists for ten minutes during sign-in to protect the Google redirect against tampering, then is deleted.

There are no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies on this site.

Who can see your tour

Two ways in. Signed in to your account, only you can see your tours. The shareable tour link contains an unguessable identifier so you can send it to buyers without them needing an account — which means anyone holding that link can view that tour. Treat it as public once you share it.

How long we keep things

Delivered tours are hosted for 12 months from the date you order them. Photographs and videos are kept until you ask us to remove them; we do not delete them automatically, because agents come back for a listing months later.

Your choices

Ask us via the contact pageand we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, delete your photographs and delivered tours, or delete your account entirely. Deleting your account removes your sign-in details and your saved branding. You can also revoke Frameworthy’s access from your Google account permissions at any time, which stops you signing in.

Children

This is a tool for real-estate professionals. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change how we handle your data we will update this page and the date at the top. If the change is significant, we will tell the email address on your account.
